About OutlawRidge Ministries
God’s people are facing unprecedented trials, temptations, responsibilities, pressure, and persecution. Christians need to be refreshed and strengthened. The unsaved need Jesus and their struggles and cries echo in our hearts. We have a duty and a call to step up and step out.
The Lord has given us our marching orders –
Mission Statement – Develop a western equestrian themed Christian sanctuary that is a serene place of refuge, respite, and learning to serve and minister to the people, where they may recharge, progress, or begin their lives with Christ with an emphasis on edification, worship, teaching, discipleship, private
serenity, and Bible study while also experiencing educational opportunities and interaction with resident rescued and adopted equine, facilitating responsible stewardship of God’s creation.
The Lord calls His people to be stewards of His grace (I Peter 4:10). He also commands us to be stewards of His creation (Genesis 1:26). OutlawRidge Ministries takes this seriously and embraces these duties expressed best through our
Vision Statement
-
Refreshing those active in the mission field of Jesus Christ, including clergy, evangelists, musicians or teachers, to strengthen them through a period of serene respite.
-
Uplifting and teaching those hungering for Truth.
- Encouraging and assisting those recovering from challenges by extending grace and the love of Christ through offering special programs and events including non-riding equine assisted therapy.
- Sharing biblical values embracing compassionate, entrusted stewardship of God’s creation.
Assisted by a volunteer Board of Directors, OutlawRidge Ministries co-founders and managers are David and Debi Plekan. Together they form a unified team, in love with Jesus Christ, trusting the Holy Spirit’s lead, in service for God’s glory.
