Lodging & Meals
Planned Accomodations at OutlawRidge will be uniquely inviting with a rustic cowboy flair.

The Barn & Guest Loft will have three guest rooms and a small library.  
The Commons will consist of one lower, accessible guest room and also the meeting/dining areas.  
Rooms will have queen, double and/or twin sized beds with some having bunk beds.  
Two rooms will have a private bath with the other two sharing a bath.  Full guest capacity will be twelve.
At least two home cooked meals, lunch and dinner, will be served daily,
Monday through Friday.  Breakfast will usually be self serve at your own pace.
Saturday and Sunday, brunch and dinner served.  

Meals will be prepared using a variety of natural, organic and home grown ingredients.  
Free-range chickens offer egg production and we will be gardening organically.  

Coconut Oil and Coconut Flour will be used in much of our home cooking and home baked goods,

click here) as is natural sweeteners such as Stevia.  

Beef will be supplied by locally bred and naturally raised, grass-fed choice Black Angus.

Other fresh produce, condiments, and ingredients are ordered through a
Christian based, organic food supplier.  Beverages and snacks will always be available.
